Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Candidate Source & Screen Associate with 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition. You will support recruitment delivery through strategic sourcing, screening, and shortlist activities to build strong candidate pipelines across roles and geographies.

You will post requisitions, conduct internal/external sourcing, engage candidates, and assist with data management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidate sourcing and pipeline building experience.

• ATS data maintenance and reporting support experience.

Responsibilities

• Associate will create approved requisitions and manage end-to-end sourcing per process guidelines.
• Conduct internal and external sourcing to build candidate pipelines.
• Perform data mining for candidates and support candidate intake.
• Screen candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Interact with hiring managers and deliver timely qualified candidates.

What would you do?

The Talent Acquisition –responsible for supporting recruitment delivery through focused sourcing activities across assigned roles, skills, and geographies. The role specializes in identifying, engaging, and building candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels to meet hiring demand in line with defined timelines and quality standards. The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and works closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, accurate sourcing data, and a positive candidate experience. In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company.
