Accenture is hiring for a Talent Acquisition – Sourcing & Screening Senior Analyst in Mumbai. The role focuses on proactive talent research, candidate identification, engagement, and pipeline management to enable timely hiring outcomes.

You will support recruiters with qualified candidate pipelines and adhere to recruitment frameworks. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, a degree, and hands-on sourcing expertise across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.

• Customer service orientation with ability to engage candidates professionally and responsively
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and communication
• Strong email writing skills with clear, professional, and structured communication

Responsibilities

• Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and Determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition) 3. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications 3. Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) 4. Initial screening of the candidates to ascertain they are QIAAutomated Candidate Screening - Interactive Voice Response (IVR):Perform automated scoring exercise (Candidate takes IVR test, we to review result

What would you do? The Talent Acquisition – Sourcing professional is responsible for delivering end-to-end sourcing support for assigned roles, skills, and geographies, working closely with recruiters and recruitment delivery teams. The role focuses on proactive talent research, candidate identification, engagement, and pipeline management to enable timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. The role operates within defined recruitment and RPO frameworks and is accountable for sourcing productivity, data accuracy, and candidate experience, while supporting recruiters with qualified candidate pipelines aligned to hiring demand. tsIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.

• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
