• Manage candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic phone or paper channels
• Pre qualify candidates and develop screening lists
• Invite suitable candidates to apply for relevant opportunities
• 4 Automated Candidate Screening
• Coordinate IVR based candidate assessmentsReview and evaluate candidate responses against defined criteria
• Share qualified candidates with Staples representatives for further consideration
• 5 Recruitment Administration and Analytics
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data
