Job summary

Marconix Sales Solution Private Limited in India is seeking a recruitment professional to drive the end-to-end hiring process, spanning sourcing, screening, and offer rollout across functions.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates through portals and referrals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews while maintaining a strong ATS. You will negotiate offers and strive to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in HR recruitment preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
