PERSONAL NETWORK. in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Recruiter to support client hiring needs. Freshers with 0–3 years of experience will receive training.

You will map roles, source candidates on Naukri and LinkedIn, screen resumes, shortlist, and coordinate interviews and offers with clients, while maintaining ATS data and meeting deadlines. This role offers growth and incentives in a busy recruitment environment.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidate experience.

• Location :- Banashankari 2 Sate, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• CLIENT VACANCY :-Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• MAPPING :-Create accurate job descriptions & Plan Sourcing STRATEGIES
• SOURCING :-candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• SCREENING :-Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates based on Client Requirements
• SHORTLISTING :-Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• INTERVIEW SCHEDULING :-Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• FOLLOW UP :-with candidates throughout the recruitment process gather feedback from the hiring panel.
• OFFER MANAGEMENT :-Coordinate the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and handle onboarding formalities.

• Data Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data and metrics in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per client deadlines.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
• Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive, professional experience.

Required Skills
