Job summary

Career Guideline Services India Pvt. Ltd is hiring an HR Recruiter for its Bangalore office (Domlur). The role involves end-to-end recruitment and handling client requirements in a day shift, from 9:30am to 7pm, with office-based work six days a week.

Freshers may start with 16k take-home pay, while experienced recruiters can earn up to 23k take-home, with PF deductions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a drive to meet targets and a background in bulk/Mass/BPO recruitment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Explain jobs to candidates and groom them for interviews.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets.
• Maintain candidate data for reference and management's review.

Working Days : 6 days - Monday to Saturday ( Work from Office)

Experience : 0 to 1.6 yr

Responsibilities

• Understanding the Business Requirements & Exp in End to End process in recruitment life cycle
• Responsible for handling End to End hiring cycle for our clients.
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals and references.
• Explaining jobs to the candidates and grooming them for the interviews.
• Following up with internal & external stakeholders of the business to achieve desired targets.
• Maintaining data of the candidates and their candidature for reference and management's review.

Candidate's Requirements

• Good verbal & written communication.
• Candidates must be Confident, Aggressive & Enthusiastic.
• Target oriented & self motivated.
• Candidates having a well versed experience with Bulk Recruitment, Mass Recruitment, BPO Recruitment will be preferred.
