Job summary

Colombian Brew Coffee is seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments in our coffee and chocolate manufacturing company.

The role involves sourcing via Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, coordinating interviews, handling salary discussions, and maintaining robust recruitment tracking. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA in HR preferred.
• 1–2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience required.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable making a high volume of candidate calls daily.
• Experience recruiting for white- and blue-collar roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Organised, target-driven and able to manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Source and actively call candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other portals.
• Screen candidates via initial telephonic and video interviews; build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management; manage offers and joining follow-ups.

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments of our growing coffee and chocolate manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Calling

• Source and actively call candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Use Naukri Resdex effectively to search, shortlist and contact relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates through initial telephonic and video interviews.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Maintain systematic follow-ups with shortlisted and selected candidates.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Recruit for positions across Production, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Administration.
• Understand departmental requirements and prepare clear job descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Manage salary discussions, offer letters, negotiations and joining follow-ups.
• Reduce offer dropouts and improve the offer-to-joining conversion ratio.

Recruitment Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with department heads to close vacancies within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring-status reports.
• Support joining documentation, induction and onboarding formalities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or MBA in HR preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable making a high number of candidate calls every day.
