Talent Hr Networks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in India to support the TA team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. The role involves liaising with HR partners and hiring managers to understand requirements and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and recruitment needs from the HR team and hiring managers.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates’ suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, offers, and joining.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
• Assist in offer coordination and pre-joining engagement.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist the HR team with other recruitment-related activities and reports.
