Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a skilled recruiter in Mohali to manage full lifecycle hiring for US roles. The candidate will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and coordinate salary discussions while maintaining candidate relationships.

You should have at least 1 year of US recruitment experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, including night shifts to align with US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing, prelimenary phone interviews, and negotiation of compensation packages.
• Screen candidates based on job descriptions, knowledge, and experience for required skills and communication.
• Conduct reference checks to verify candidate authenticity and relevance.
• Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits, and interviews.
• Follow up from initial contact to offer letter extension.

Job description

• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
• At least 1 year of experience in US recruitment.
• Recruiting through online job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various internet-based sourcing techniques.
• Screening candidates based on the resource manager’s job description, relevant knowledge, and experience for required skill sets, functional skills, and communication skills.
• Regular follow-up from first contact till the offer letter is extended to the candidate.
• Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits, and interviews.
• Reference checks for candidates to ensure their authenticity and relevance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in techno-functional recruitment, with the ability to work across a variety of roles.
• Should have supported and catered Allied professionals, Techno Functional, Business professionals, Admin clerical.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Direct Clients and VMS platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
