Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and develop search strategies for identifying suitable talent.
• Manage recruitment mandates across Manufacturing, Building Material, EPC, Real Estate, Chemical, Steel, Engineering, and related industries.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fitment and client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Counsel and guide candidates through the recruitment process and assist them in making informed career decisions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment assignments.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence exercises to identify talent availability and industry trends.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
