Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma sectors. This role features strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and strong collaboration with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

You will manage the ATS (Bullhorn) and participate in industry events, with a focus on compliance and high-quality hires. The position includes a work-from-home option one day per week, in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma.
• Proficient with ATS (Bullhorn preferred) and sourcing tools.
• Confident, clear communicator in candidate and client interactions.
• Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven to hit targets and deliver quality hires.

Responsibilities

• Source and place professionals in manufacturing, data centres, life sciences roles.
• Use creative sourcing techniques across job boards, social platforms and networks.
• Build long-term relationships with niche talent pools and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Keep Bullhorn updated with postings, candidate status and interview notes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver hires.
• Represent NES Fircroft at industry job fairs and networking events.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with company standards and regulations.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and timelines.
