Job summary

Bodycare International is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive/Sr. Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for apparel and fashion roles from Patparganj.

The role requires strong knowledge of the apparel sector and a proven track record in filling multiple vacancies efficiently. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain a robust pipeline while tracking key metrics such as Time

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in apparel/fashion.
• Strong knowledge of apparel sector and profiles.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for apparel and related functions.
• Understand manpower requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other portals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Manage offer negotiations and closures.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
• Track recruitment metrics like Time to Hire, CV-to-Interview ratio, Interview-to-Offer ratio, Offer-to-Join ratio, and Recruitment TAT.
• Handle bulk and replacement hiring when needed.
• Coordinate with candidates during notice periods and ensure joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and regular status reports.
• Build relationships with consultants and external partners.
• Ensure processes comply with HR standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for apparel, garment, retail, merchandising, production, sourcing, quality, design, sales, and support functions.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Track recruitment metrics including Time to Hire, CV-to-Interview ratio, Interview-to-Offer ratio, Offer-to-Join ratio, and Recruitment TAT.
• Handle bulk hiring and replacement hiring requirements when required.
• Coordinate with candidates during the notice period and ensure smooth joining.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and HR standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the apparel, garment, fashion, textile, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong understanding of apparel industry functions and profiles.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience handling multiple vacancies and working against recruitment deadlines.
