Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive - Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, completing joining formalities, and supporting manpower requirements for shop‑floor and support functions.
The role requires strong communication, candidate follow‑up, coordination, and the ability to manage high‑volume and blue‑collar recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, and offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with department heads and reporting managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
- Handle recruitment for shop‑floor and support staff in the garment manufacturing unit.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for tailoring, stitching, quality, packing, and other operational roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements and eligibility.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and concerned department heads.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and joining documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain regular follow‑up with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and joining delays.
- Support the HR team in meeting manpower and recruitment targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; candidates with 1-3 years of recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring, blue‑collar recruitment, garment, textile, apparel, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate follow‑up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume recruitment environment.
- Good interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, interview coordination, and onboarding formalities.
