Job summary

Amartex Industries Ltd. in Panchkula, Haryana, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail and operations.

The role requires strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management and candidate engagement to build a robust talent pipeline. 4+ years of TA/Recruitment experience and MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Ability to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience with job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed.
• Excellent negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, referrals, consultants).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening/interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate salary/CTC and manage offer discussions.
• Ensure timely joining and reduce offer-to-joining dropouts.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Coordinate with department heads for current and future needs.
• Handle bulk hiring for retail/store and operational positions.
• Develop candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate, retail, and operational positions. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening/interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary/CTC and manage offer discussions.
• Ensure timely joining and reduce offer-to-joining dropouts.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand current and future manpower requirements.
• Handle bulk hiring for retail/store and operational positions whenever required.
• Develop candidate databases and maintain proper recruitment records.
• Track recruitment TAT, closures, source effectiveness, and hiring targets.
• Support employer branding and improve candidate experience.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of monthly and weekly hiring targets.
• Reduction in Time to Hire / TAT.
• Quality and retention of candidates hired.
• Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
• Cost-effective sourcing and recruitment.
• Maintenance of updated recruitment MIS and candidate pipeline.
• Timely closure of critical and high-priority vacancies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder and hiring-manager coordination.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Candidates from Retail, Textile, Apparel, FMCG, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and closure capabilities.
