Job summary

Qualifications

• 15 years of recruitment experience, with bulk and sales hiring focus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future roles.
• Manage candidate experience throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Track and report metrics such as TAT and offer-to-join ratios.
• Support employer branding and campus/field hiring drives if required.

• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
