Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to lead bulk and sales hiring in a fast-paced environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source via multiple channels, screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

You should have strong sourcing, stakeholder management, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with ATS and major portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. Real estate, BFSI, or startups experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk and sales hiring.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and major portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required.
