Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team, focusing on bulk and sales hiring in a fast-paced setting. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, screen, and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in high-volume hiring, strong sourcing and stakeholder management, and fluency with ATS tools such as Naukri and LinkedIn. Real estate, BFSI, or startups experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of recruitment experience, especially in bulk and sales hiring.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing needs.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio).
• Support employer branding and campus/field drives as required.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required

Key Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk and sales hiring
• Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
