Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team in Greater Noida. The role focuses on managing high-volume bulk and sales hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strong sourcing, efficient screening, and timely closures.

You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and other channels, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain a robust pipeline while delivering an excellent candidate experience and reporting recruitment

Qualifications

• 15 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk and sales hiring.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and major job portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required.
