The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team in Ghaziabad. The role focuses on bulk and sales recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring with a fast-paced approach and a strong emphasis on timely closures.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in high-volume hiring, exceptional sourcing skills, and proven stakeholder management. This position requires the ability to thrive under targets while maintaining candidate experience and quality of hire.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk and sales hiring.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required.
