Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive bulk and sales hiring in a fast-paced environment. You will own end-to-end recruitment, source through diverse channels, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring timely closures.

Ideal candidates will have extensive sourcing skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with ATS and major portals like Naukri and LinkedIn to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk and sales hiring.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required.
