Aaman Business Consultancy is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support client hiring requirements. You will manage job postings, source candidates, and schedule interviews for various locations, while reporting progress and TAT to management.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within manufacturing, with a preference for candidates from the chemical industry. Strong communication and MIS handling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in manufacturing.
• Experience in chemical industry preferred.
• Good communication and MIS management experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling for client roles.
• Manage hiring process across locations and report on open positions and TAT.
• Campus hiring for freshers as required.
