Job summary

Accadmix is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to build high-performing teams across Sales, Academics, Operations, Marketing, and Technology. Prior recruitment experience in EdTech is mandatory, with a focus on fast-paced, target-driven environments.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Foundit, and social platforms, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and manage onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months recruitment experience in an EdTech company is mandatory.
• Experience hiring for Sales and Business Development roles will be preferred.
• Good understanding of recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Foundit, and social media platforms.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Hire for roles including Business Development Associates (BDA), Academic Counsellors, Trainers, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Technical positions.
• Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Build employer branding through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
