Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team. You will manage bulk and sales hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment, source candidates across multiple channels, screen and interview, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures with quality hires.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably bulk and sales hiring.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates.

• Screen, shortlist and conduct initial interviews for fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT and offer-to-join ratio.
• Support employer branding and campus/field hiring drives if needed.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment, with the ability to manage high-volume hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required
