Job summary

Shrofile Technologies in India is seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with experience in Finance and Finance & Accounting roles. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through closing, ensuring timely hire and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn and portals, screening for Finance/F&A, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining trackers, and driving closures in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably Finance/F&A.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to source and screen candidates efficiently.
• Familiarity with Naukri and other portals.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a target-driven environment.
