• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular updates on status, interviews, offers and joining.
• Work with minimal supervision and own assigned requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active roles.
• Achieve individual targets and delivery timelines.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
