Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of recruitment experience in the BPO industry, with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. On-site role based in Marathahalli, Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Domestic Customer Support positions within the BPO domain.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and staffing needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
