The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for Domestic BPO roles. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting our organization in building a strong and capable workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Domestic Customer Support positions within the BPO domain—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role‑specific requirements and staffing needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Lead salary negotiations and oversee the offer management process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and standards.

• Provide timely updates and recruitment reports to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment within the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
