Job summary

Hikaho System is hiring for Recruiters / Senior Recruiters in Noida to handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for multiple clients. The role requires 1-7 years of recruitment experience and strong sourcing skills using Naukri and other portals. You will screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and joining processes.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of non-IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / RPO is preferred.

• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
