• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers on recruitment requirements
• Drive timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers
• Support onboarding and candidate documentation processes
• Independently manage recruitment activities and ensure effective client coordination
