Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies in Navi Mumbai is seeking a recruitment specialist to drive sourcing and hiring operations. You will build Pipelines, conduct initial HR screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

You will also map the market, manage offers and onboarding, maintain ATS records, and generate regular recruitment dashboards to keep stakeholders informed and hiring on schedule.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Generate recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
