Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, Administration, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from the business/HR team.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to the HR/management team.
