Job summary

A prominent talent acquisition firm is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the Automation domain. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. This position offers a full-time role based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, with the responsibility to build talent pipelines and collaborate with engineering teams.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Automation / Engineering industry.
Proven experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.
Familiarity with the industrial automation field, including knowledge of specific technologies like PLCs, robotics, SCADA, and IIoT.

Base pay range

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring candidates within the Automation / Industrial Automation domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of stability and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: Handle the entire hiring process from identifying needs to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate with engineering teams and managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Source specialized talent: Use various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks) to find and attract passive and active candidates with experience in industrial automation.
Screen and assess candidates: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and critical roles to meet future needs.
Manage candidate experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report on metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
Stay current on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in industrial automation, robotics, and IIoT to inform recruiting strategies.
Coordinate logistics: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Proven experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.
Demonstrated ability to source and attract candidates with specialized technical skills.
Familiarity with the industrial automation field, including knowledge of specific technologies like PLCs, robotics, SCADA, and IIoT.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical qualifications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Automation / Engineering industry.

Stability in employment is very very important.

Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Location: Must be currently based in Delhi / NCR.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands‑on experience with recruitment tools and portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
