Job summary

JITO is seeking a motivated Recruiter based in Ahilyanagar to handle end-to-end hiring for engineering and technical positions. The ideal candidate will manage recruiting for multiple roles, source candidates effectively, and maintain hiring reports.

Applicants should have a graduate degree in HR or Business Administration and 2–5 years of recruitment experience preferably tailored to the engineering/manufacturing industry. Knowledge of technical hiring and strong communication skills are essential.
