Job summary

Eshana Hr Consultants is seeking a recruitment specialist in a service-based mid-sized BPO firm. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination, while leveraging portals and LinkedIn to build strong candidate pipelines.

You will coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment MIS, while nurturing candidate and client relationships to ensure successful placements in a dynamic BPO environment.
