Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a recruitment professional in Kerala to manage departmental hiring and corporate recruitment. You will focus on mid-level and senior managerial positions and handle end-to-end recruitment for Head Office functions.

Responsibilities include managing requisitions across departments, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, and leveraging strong stakeholder relationships. Fluent English is mandatory, with regional language knowledge a plus.
