Job summary

GoodSpace AI in India is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across client organizations. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and joining, with a preference for candidates from a consulting background.

The position is full-time, office-based (6 days a week, 9:30 to 6:30). You will handle both corporate and plant-level hiring, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to joining.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Graduate or Postgraduate qualification in HR or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Complete recruitment cycle from job requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess candidates for skills, communication, experience, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Client.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Track candidates from offer stage through joining and ensure a smooth joining process.

About the Role
