Job summary

WESTHILL Consulting - A Finovest Group Company seeks a senior Recruitment Leader to design and drive our international hiring strategy across GCC, Europe and Asia. You will lead a team of recruiters, mentor staff, and collaborate with BDMs and clients to define roles and selection criteria.

You will own end-to-end hiring, build talent pools across engineering, healthcare, IT, hospitality and construction, monitor metrics, and ensure compliance with overseas regulations and visa processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 8–12 years in recruitment with 4+ years in a leadership role.

• Lead the firm's recruitment strategy, team management, and delivery excellence for international assignments.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market benchmarks (GCC, Europe, Asia).

• Oversee end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles across engineering, healthcare, IT, hospitality, and construction.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement; ensure overseas employment regulations and visa processes are followed.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market benchmarks (GCC, Europe, Asia).
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters: set targets, conduct performance reviews, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with BDM and clients to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles (engineering, healthcare, IT, hospitality, construction).
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with overseas employment regulations, visa processes, and client-specific onboarding requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Master's in HR, Business, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred
• 8-12 years in recruitment, with 4+ years in a leadership role (staffing/recruitment firm)
• Proven experience in international hiring (GCC, Europe, Asia) across multiple sectors
• Strong people management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Excel for analytics
