Job summary

Bits N Bytes Soft in Gurugram seeks an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and craft effective sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media to build a strong candidate funnel.

You will manage onboarding, HR documentation, and records, ensure policy compliance and labour law alignment, support performance management and employee engagement, and

Qualifications

• MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
• 3-4 years HR experience with at least 2 years in recruitment.
• Experience in hiring senior-level professionals across functions.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Maintain employee files, HRMS records, attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.


• Support performance management, employee engagement, confirmation processes, and grievance handling.


• Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and organizational development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.


• 3-4 years of overall HR experience with at least 2 years in recruitment.


• Experience in hiring senior-level professionals across various functions.


• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
