Job Details

• Sourcing relevant profiles using job portals, websites, referrals, emails, etc. for overseas job opportunities with our clients.
• Handling reception duties while supporting the recruitment process, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Talking to prospective candidates on the telephone and mobile, screening and filtering suitable applicants, documentation, application verification, checking documents and certificates.
• Assisting in arranging interviews, coordinating with seniors and colleagues to ensure smooth functioning and internal database updating.
• Facilitating client‑candidate interviews and managing the offer negotiation process.
• Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as placements and client satisfaction.
• Assisting team in day‑to‑day operations, calling selected candidates for medical, arranging their documentation, etc.

Credentials Needed

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.
