Job summary

speakeasy Berlin and GfW Weiterbildung is seeking a motivated Recruiter (full-time) in Pune to support the growth of its international team. You will own the recruiting process across India, work with internal stakeholders, and help build structured HR processes and local HR support.

Responsibilities include managing full recruiting cycles, interviewing, posting job ads, and developing hiring structures. 1–2 years of recruiting experience and strong organization are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Structured, reliable and independent working style.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Based in Pune and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across locations in India from posting to hiring.
• Prepare, conduct and evaluate interviews.
• Create and publish job advertisements.
• Build and maintain structured recruiting processes across locations.
• Support setup and development of HR processes in India.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Recruiter (full-time) in Pune to support the growth of our international team.

In this role, you will take ownership of the recruiting process across different locations and support the development of our hiring structures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in building structured HR processes and supporting our local teams.

• Managing the full recruiting cycle for our locations in India (from job posting to hiring)
• Preparing, conducting, and evaluating interviews
• Creating and publishing job advertisements
• Building and maintaining structured recruiting processes across locations
• Supporting the setup and development of HR processes and standards in India
• Acting as a local HR contact for our teams in India
• Supporting recruiting projects and contributing to employer branding initiatives
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and hands-on mindset
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
