Job summary

speakeasy Berlin and GfW Weiterbildung is launching an India-based initiative in Chennai and seeks an entrepreneurial, reliable coordinator to co-create and grow the project from day one. You will act as the local point of contact, help establish operations on the ground, and support partner relations across regional networks.

• Based in Chennai (preferably) or Pune.
• Remote collaboration with an international team.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of a new international education project in India

• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and genuine motivation to build and grow a project
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in recruitment, education, or project coordination
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
• High willingness to travel within India, including multi-day or multi-week stays in different regions
• Preferably based in Pune or Chennai
