Job summary

Promea Therapeutics in India is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in the pharmaceutical domain. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and drive sourcing across portals, social media, networking, and campus drives.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to onboarding, while maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and campus drives.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and industry regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA, etc.).
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs and career events.
