Job summary

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and talent expectations, and develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networks, and referrals.

The role emphasizes candidate screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, and maintaining recruitment data with dashboards for stakeholders.
