• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contractual / Permanent staffing).
• Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in contract staffing.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
