End to End Talent Acquisition- HR Operations - Corporate Human Resource

Job Title: Trainee (NAPS)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinating with clients and ZBM to understand site MP requirements
• To ensure calls are made for every data item received from HOD
• Field work for site shortages fulfillment
• Surfing and shortlisting CVs from portals, manpower consultants, advertisements, social media, etc.
• Conducting first interviews and briefing candidates before attending site interviews
• Lining up candidates as per the new requirement
• Calling candidates for interviews through employee references and other data
• Sending email confirmations to the Ops client for interview timing
• Following up on pending CVs daily and weekly
• Site visits at the time of bulk interviews
• Ensuring the daily calling tracker is updated properly
