Job summary

People Media Factory is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for VFX and Animation roles, sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating interviews to build a strong talent pipeline in the creative media industry.

The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management, with onboarding and joining formalities handled efficiently to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment within the VFX, Animation, Gaming, or Creative Media industry.
• Good understanding of VFX production roles and industry workflows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience onboarding and managing joining formalities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment within the VFX, Animation, Gaming, or Creative Media industry.
• Good understanding of VFX production roles, creative profiles, and industry workflows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing onboarding, candidate documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
