Godrej Properties seeks a Talent Acquisition Consultant to own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end from needs identification to onboarding top talent. You will work with stakeholders across the business as a strategic advisor, shaping hiring strategies and driving growth and culture.

The role requires 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in modern sourcing techniques.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong track record in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, talent mapping, market analysis and recruitment tools.
• Interview coordination and scheduling experience.
• Ability to design and scale recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in writing and tailoring job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
