• End-to-End Recruitment: manage the full hiring lifecycle from job description creation to onboarding.
• Active Sourcing: source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and social media.
• Screening & Assessment: review resumes and conduct initial screenings and assessments.
• Stakeholder Management: coordinate interviews and provide hiring metrics updates.
• Offer Negotiation: roll out offers and handle salary negotiations.
• Employer Branding: represent the company and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Screening & Assessment: Review incoming resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and administer relevant assessments.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide regular updates on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire).
• Offer Negotiation: Roll out job offers, handle salary negotiations, and manage candidate drop-off risks.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company positively and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
