• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking, IT, and Industrial/Manufacturing positions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
• Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
