Job summary

Bitcruit Solutions in India offers a 3-month Recruitment and Growth Intern role reporting to the founder. You’ll start with sourcing and screening for US & Canada roles, then move into content, outreach, and basic automation using AI tools.

You’ll work directly with the founder, gain real-world international recruiting experience, and have a path to a full-time role after 3 months based on performance.

Eligible graduates from 2025 or 2026 in CS/IT are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in CS/IT or a related field; 2025/2026 graduates welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to read US resumes.
• Curious about AI tools and able to use AI to improve recruiting workflows.
• Reliable, organized and able to complete tasks on time.
• Willing to work the 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for live US and Canada roles using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen resumes against client requirements and maintain the tracker.
• Draft LinkedIn posts and outreach messages for founder's review.
• As you grow, conduct screening calls, support email campaigns and suggest AI-driven automation.

Recruitment and Growth Intern (Founder's Office)

About the role

This is a learn-then-own role. You will be trained personally by the founder on how international recruiting works and how to use AI tools to do it faster and better. You start with sourcing and screening, then move into content and outreach as you get comfortable. If the 3 months go well, this converts into a full-time position.

What you will do

You will source candidates for live US and Canada roles using LinkedIn and job boards, screen resumes against client requirements, and keep the candidate tracker accurate and up to date. You will also build lists of target founders and companies, draft LinkedIn posts about our work and the hiring market, and write outreach messages to prospective clients for the founder's review. As you grow into the role, you will take candidate screening calls, support email outreach campaigns, suggest and make improvements to the company website, and find tasks that can be automated with AI and build those workflows.

Who we are looking for

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (2025 or 2026 graduates welcome)
• Clear written and spoken English. You will read US resumes and write to US audiences
• Curious about AI tools. You already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar and want to go deeper
• Reliable and organized. You finish what you start and flag problems early
• Available for the full 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST shift
• No recruiting experience needed. We will teach you
